Bidelaguna: After-School Educational Support

BIDELAGUNA is an after-school support program aimed at students in 5th and 6th grade of Primary Education and 1st and 2nd grade of Secondary Education who experience academic difficulties or learning delays associated with situations of social disadvantage.

The main objective of the BIDELAGUNA program is to improve academic success rates by:

  • Providing support and resources to students, especially those who do not have access to an adequate physical and stimulating learning environment, offering additional time to prevent or overcome learning difficulties.
  • Strengthening students’ reading and mathematical skills, dedicating at least one hour per week to each competency.
  • Offering guidance to improve work organization and develop effective study habits.
  • Improving students’ confidence in their own abilities, as well as the expectations the school has for them.
  • Encouraging a closer and more positive relationship between families and the school.
